Walling Care & Maintenance
Thank you for choosing Skyline. Our wall products are designed to combine aesthetic appeal with long-term performance. With a few simple maintenance practices, you can ensure they continue to look and perform beautifully for years to come.
General Maintenance
Routine Cleaning & Upkeep
To maintain the pristine appearance of your Walling panels:
- Dust regularly using a microfiber cloth or a vacuum with a soft brush attachment.
- For deeper cleaning, wipe gently with a cloth lightly dampened using warm water. Alternatively, use a pH-neutral cleaner like Bona Wood Floor Cleaner for safe and effective results.
- Always dry immediately with a clean, dry cloth to prevent moisture absorption.
Avoid the Following:
- Abrasive pads or scrubbers.
- Harsh chemical or ammonia-based cleaners.
- Excessive water exposure.
Surface Protection Tips
Sunlight Exposure
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to minimize fading. Use UV-filtering window treatments when necessary.
Moisture & Humidity
- Wipe away spills immediately.
- Avoid installing in high-moisture areas, such as outdoors or in unventilated bathrooms.
Heat Exposure
- Do not install panels near high heat sources such as ovens, radiators, wood burning fire places, or heating vents.
- Maintain adequate distance from heat sources to prevent warping or finish damage.

Scratches
- For deeper marks, use a color-matched wood filler stick or wax crayon.
- Always test touch-up products on an inconspicuous area first.
